The Kevin Lucas Orchestra had this site produced back in 2003.  They have never been able to bring their bill current for professional services performed for them.  Despite the web designer's willingness to work with them, cut them breaks, not charge them the normal interest fees associated with overdue accounts, and continue to provide web hosting and web updating services, the leader of the band (once referred to as Ken Lucas of the Ken Lucas Orchestra) ordered the site 'turned off'.  The bill still has yet to be reconciled.  Until it is, the site that served as the band's primary home for nearly 6 years is now for sale.
