Our restaurant group was conceptually designed in the Fall of 2004. Plans first developed for our flagship product of the unique, and exciting, Black Rhino Bistro. We exceeded even our own expectations with a focus to provide a Fun and Relaxing Atmosphere of Eats, Drinks & More - Where Friends Meet!™ in a fast-casual restaurant environment. A place for the whole family!

From there our imaginations began to explore other restaurant concepts & food products. Based on solid foundations of quality and ease, we have developed the Sparkee's Cafe & Coffee Shack and further branched to create the Slap Ya Mama Good BBQ!™ concept in Bandit BBQ Carry-Out, Catering, & Concessions.

As an offshoot of the BBQ concept, Mojo Rub & Seasoning has been developed to complement the niche barbeque market.

Each of these unique concept restaurants were designed for ease of operation, utilizing the right combination of award winning customer service and quality ingredients, and are fully franchisable for the entrepreneur who wants a great combination of food, fun, and profit.
